Article 19 The "one year" period stipulated in Article 1052 of the Civil Code shall not be governed by the provisions pertaining to the suspension, interruption, or extension of the statute of limitations.
The provisions of the second paragraph of Article 152 of the Civil Code shall not apply if a spouse who is coerced or whose personal freedom is illegally restricted claims to revoke their marriage.
