Interpretations of "Title Five Marriage and Family" of the Civil Code (Article 15)

Article 15 Where an interested party claims to a people's court to declare a marriage invalid in accordance with Article 1051 of the Civil Code, the interested party shall be named as the plaintiff, and both spouses shall be named as the defendants.
Where either spouse is deceased, the surviving spouse shall be named as the defendant.
