II. Entry into Marriage
Article 6 Where a man and a woman have their marriage registered when they are living together as husband and wife in accordance with the provisions of Article 1049 of the Civil Code, the validity of their marital relationship shall start from the date when the basic elements of a marriage stipulated in the Civil Code were satisfied.
