The Supreme People's Court's Interpretations on Issues Pertaining to the Application of Title Five "Marriage and Family" of The Civil Code of the People's Republic of China (I)

Article 3 Where a party brings a lawsuit only requesting the termination of their cohabitation relationship, the people's court shall not admit the case or shall dismiss the case if it has been admitted.
Article 4 Where a party brings a lawsuit due to a dispute over property division or child support during cohabitation, the people's court shall admit the case.
Article 5 The people's court shall not accept a lawsuit filed by a party only on the basis of Article 1043rd of the Civil Code; Where it has been accepted, it shall be ruled to dismiss the prosecution.
